UK Data Representative

We will maintain records of data processing activities as required under Article 30 of the UK GDPR and make them available to the ICO upon request.
We will serve as the contact point for data subjects and the ICO, handling and documenting all communications, including data subject access requests, complaints, and breaches.
Our service provides guidance on data protection impact assessments and consultation on any matter related to data protection compliance. We will inform you of any changes in data protection legislation that may affect your business operations.
In the event of a data breach, we will assist you in notifying the ICO and affected data subjects, if applicable, within the timeframes stipulated by the UK GDPR.
