iliomad is now seeking his/her new Data Protection Manager to support its growth and improve services.

iliomad Health Data is hiring a Knowledge Officer to manage and enhance the company's knowledge and communication systems, including newsletters, LinkedIn posts, articles, a knowledge database, and website content. This role involves crafting engaging marketing materials, supporting strategic communication efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote iliomad's expertise in data privacy for healthcare and life sciences. The ideal candidate is a creative, organized, and autonomous professional with strong writing skills, experience in communications or marketing, and familiarity with digital tools.

• Develop and manage a knowledge database to centralize resources, including internal tools, documentation, and client-facing materials.
• Produce and manage content for external communications, such as LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and articles to showcase iliomad's expertise and services.
• Collaborate with team members to draft informative articles on data privacy topics, emerging trends, and compliance strategies.
• Maintain and update the iliomad website with relevant content, ensuring it reflects the company’s mission and expertise.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote iliomad’s services and engage our target audience.
• Monitor and improve website traffic through SEO best practices.‍
• Work closely with the management team to align communication efforts with iliomad’s strategic goals.
• Organize webinars and events to engage with the broader healthcare and privacy community.
• Create training materials and presentations to support internal and external knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Education: Degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in knowledge management, marketing, or communications roles, preferably in the healthcare, biotech, or data privacy sectors.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations (EU GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools like Webflow, Brevo, Make or equivalents.
